摘要

目的 建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定不同产地苍耳子中9种酚酸类成分的方法。方法 采用Waters UPLC BEHC18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,PDA检测器,检测波长根据不同成分分别设为220和327 nm。结果 9种酚酸类成分浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好(r>0.999 6); 加样回收率为96.99%~99.55%。结论 该方法简便、快捷、重复性好,可用于苍耳子药材的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective To develop an UPLC method for determination of nine phenolic acid components in Xanthii Fructus from different habitats.Methods The analysis was carried out on BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) column.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid water in gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 0.25 mL·min-1 and the detect wavelengths were set at 220 and 327 nm for different components.Results The nine phenolic acid components showed good linearity(r>0.999 6) in the ranges of the tested concentrations,and the average recoveries of the method were between 96.99%-99.55%.Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Xanthii Fructus.
